This system is the common manufacturing foundation for every solid-wood Sapelli model; model and discipline are finalized at technical order approval.
No MDF is used in the rails; every rail is manufactured from selected solid Sapelli, Ayous or project-approved hardwood. A special epoxy protection system is applied to minimize the effects of water and humidity and to help preserve surface quality for many years. Grain, moisture balance and stability are checked before production.
Size-specific cross-braced H-section steel carrier with epoxy coating, moisture protection and precision connection geometry; two-piece interlocking export option.
Depending on table size, playing discipline and structural design, the preferred Marmara marble thickness is 30, 40, 50 or 60 mm. It is machined on both faces, precision-ground and levelled flush at every joint; imported slate is available by client choice or international specification.
Professional K66 profile; cutting angle, bonding surface, nose height and rebound are calibrated for the selected playing discipline.
ProMatch tournament grade or equivalent for American pool; Strachan or approved equivalent for snooker. Pocket cut, sight alignment and cushion nose height follow the selected discipline.
Adjustable jacks, aluminium or brass foot plates and load-distributing legs provide two-axis precision levelling and final play testing.
