◆Solid-wood rails - no MDF
MDF is never used in the rails. Every rail is manufactured from selected solid Ayous, solid Sapelli or a project-approved equivalent hardwood. A special epoxy protection system minimizes water and humidity effects and helps preserve surface quality for years; grain, moisture balance and stability are checked before production.
◆Model-specific cabinet and apron recipe
Unlike the fixed rail standard, cabinets and aprons may use solid wood, Starwood special MDF Lam, epoxy-protected raw MDF or metal components according to the model. The actual recipe, finish and protection system are stated in the quotation and technical order approval; no model is described as having an all-solid cabinet unless that is the approved build.
◆Professional H-section steel frame
The size-specific cross-braced H-section steel carrier is prepared with epoxy coating, moisture protection and precision connection geometry. A two-piece interlocking frame is available for export projects.
◆30 / 40 / 50 / 60 mm Marmara marble or slate
Depending on table size, discipline and structural design, the preferred Marmara marble thickness is 30, 40, 50 or 60 mm, with two-face machining, precision grinding and flush joints on the frame. Imported slate is available by client choice or international specification.
◆Imported Buffalo K66 cushion rubber
The standard recipe uses imported Buffalo K66-profile cushion rubber. Cutting angle, bonding surface, nose height and ball response are calibrated for the selected discipline; another professional option is used only when stated in the technical order approval.
◆Professional cloth and playing geometry
American pool uses ProMatch tournament grade or an approved professional equivalent; snooker uses Strachan or an approved equivalent. Pocket cuts, sight alignment and cushion nose height follow the selected discipline.
◆Pockets, metalwork and sights
Pool and snooker builds use six professional pockets, model-specific metalwork and bucket or net systems; carom builds are pocketless. Diamond sights are aligned to professional playing geometry.
◆Precision jack levelling system
Adjustable jacks, aluminium or brass foot plates and load-distributing legs provide two-axis precision levelling followed by a final play test.
◆CNC reference, master craftsmanship and surface protection
Rails and joints are CNC-referenced; assembly, levelling, carving, inlay, sanding, patina, polishing and final fit are completed under master supervision according to the model recipe.
External dimensions are model-dependent approximations. Final dimensions, cabinet/apron material, pocket system, discipline, bed choice, colour, accessories and installation scope are confirmed in the pre-order technical approval.
